Take the guesswork out of eating healthy and losing weight. Our customized flexible meal plans can help you safely, and effectively lose up to 2 pounds of FAT a week. The plans are designed by Carlos Parry, a Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist.
Your results begin and end with proper nutrition. We at Pinpoint Fitness Training live by the saying that, "you cannot outwork a bad diet." Members are provided with a list of over 300 foods to choose from, and more.
We don't believe in diets, so we EDUCATE each member of the Pinpoint Fitness Training Family on HOW to EAT, with video tutorials on analyzing your intake, how to meal prep in 60 minutes or less, etc.
